2. Terms of Supply


2.1 Orders


By placing an order through the Website, you confirm that:

2.3 Order Cancellations

2.7 Returns and Exchanges


Faulty Products


  • You must report the issue with a detailed description and photos

  • The product must be unused and in original condition with tags (if applicable)

  • If deemed faulty, you may choose a refund, exchange, or store credit

  • Damage due to user negligence is not covered


If you do not comply with this process, we may, at our discretion, refuse or only partially refund. These Terms do not limit your statutory rights under consumer law.


Change of Mind


Returns for change of mind are accepted only if:


  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • The product is unused and in original condition with tags

  • The return arrives within 7 days of the purchase

  • Return shipping is at your expense

  • Items purchased during promotional sales (e.g., “Hot Deals”) are non-returnable


3. General Provisions


Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales (NSW), Australia

Jurisdiction: All disputes will be handled in the courts of NSW

Modifications: Only Rosyd can amend these Terms

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any rights under these Terms without our prior written consent

Entire Agreement: These Terms replace all prior written or verbal agreements

Interpretation: Singular/plural and gendered terms apply contextually. The term “including” is non-limiting

Neutral Interpretation: No provision of these Terms will be interpreted against the party responsible for drafting it
